Colouring Larry

I started working on the larry scene, this was very tedious because it had a lot of frames, and required different colours, for each separate body parts.

I would say this took me 3 weeks worth of sessions to complete. The process was fairly straight forward although I was a bit confused what colour the legs would be since they were a lot wider than the ones in original reference image.

Frog scene

I decided to start inking the frog scene first as i only had about 6 frames and was quite excited to see what it would look like.

I would say it took me about 2-3 sessions to complete this.

Liam Finally has some work!

After I got the email from Mike, I also went to see Liam, to collect the work he wanted me to do. This was the 2D inking stage.

Liam had asked if I could digitally ink two scenes for him using flash. The ones he decided to pick for me is the Larry dance and fly scene, and also the frog.

Liam also was kind enough to create a colour key so I could easily pick the correct colour to use for the characters.

Basic Box Model

As soon as i received the email to model a car I basically got straight into it and starting shaping a very low poly box model.

This was what I achieved

As you can see it is very basic but the car shape still starts to come through.

More Modelling

After completing the chair for Mike, he asked me if I could model a car; a normal everyday car that's pretty basic. He said this car would be placed in the background of the animation so I don't need to worry too much on the detail and exterior accessories.

This is the car I decided to try and model.
